 Jena Seibel Deputy Director NEWH, Inc. Jena is the Deputy Director and Tradeshow/Marketing Manager for NEWH, Inc. She is your contact for Regional Tradeshows, corporate partnership, chapter board trainings, and the NEWH Leadership Conference. Jena attained a BS in Marketing at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and since has held positions in management, sales, and service. Jena provides strong organizational, customer service, and leadership experience to NEWH.
BOARD TRAINING
- Provide materials and support for training sessions.
- Attend training sessions.
CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP
- Compile and send out corporate partner packets
- Maintain appropriate follow up schedule with potential Corporate Partners
- Make sure corporate partners receive advance notice of all fundraising events
- Contact chapters to make sure that all corporate partners have priority seating at all major fundraising events
- Handle invoicing of the corporate partners (October)
- Order corporate partner thank you gift (November)
- Send out renewal letter with a list of schools to go with the invoice
FOUNDERS ROUNDTABLE
- Support events
NEWH CONFERENCE
- Send out literature to members
- Support Conference Director
- Handle all registration and correspondence with attendees
- Prepare all items to be included in attendee binder or on memory card
- Maintain sponsor spreadsheet and make sure all sponsor benefits received
NEWH TRADESHOWS
- Provide support to Tradeshow Director
- Send out Booth Signup sheet and maintain schedule
- Order all items, i.e., carpet, electricity, etc. for booth
- See that booth is shipped to venue
- Handle all registration correspondence for NEWH, Inc. tradeshows
- Prepare attendee and exhibitor badges as well as items for exhibitor packets
- Provide attendee spreadsheet after the show to exhibitors
- Prepare and record exhibitor survey after the show
- Work with chapter contact in regards to volunteer schedule

Julie Buntrock Office Manager/Finance Director NEWH, Inc. Julie is your contact for questions regarding your chapter finances, insurance, and HD Brand Trade Shows. She comes to us from a financial position at the College of the Menominee Nation. She received her BA in accounting from Lakeland College and her AD in banking and finance from Fox Valley Technical College. This strong financial background will be a great asset for NEWH, Inc. Julie has been married to Jerry Buntrock for 19 blissful years and has two children, Lydia, 17, and Isaac, 13. They keep mom very busy!! Julie’s other interests include gardening, fishing and maintaining her sun-tan (when time permits). Julie has been a Wisconsinite all her life, but thoroughly enjoys traveling to anywhere warm during the winter months. We hope to keep Julie with us for a long time; her knowledge and enthusiasm are great assets to NEWH. Please feel free to call her anytime!
FINANCE
- Maintain the NEWH, Inc. and chapter financial records.
- Keep an accurate checkbook in QuickBooks for each Chapter and the NEWH, Inc. office via monthly bank statements.
- Maintain an accurate, up to date chart of accounts
- Payroll: maintain weekly timesheets, prepare checks, and prepare monthly and quarterly payroll tax returns.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Oversee deposits of all money coming into the NEWH, Inc. office through bank by mail.
- Oversee processing credit card payments.
- Oversee GoPayment merchant accounts for chapter point of sale transactions.
- Invoice customers/chapters for amounts due to NEWH, Inc. and monitor aging.
- Accounts Payable:
- Reimburse chapters for dues at least quarterly
- Pay bills weekly
- Coordinate chapter venue credit card deposits for those banking at 1st Enterprise.
- Provide support to the accountant in preparing annual tax returns.
- Provide support to Chapter Treasurers as needed.
- Act as Treasurer for those chapters that do not have one.
- Annually, check signature cards to make sure the Executive Director’s name is on them, that the NEWH office is the primary mailing address and that chapters maintain two separate accounts.
INSURANCE
- Be familiar with three insurance policies (Workmen’s Comp., Errors & Omissions, and General Liability).
- Coordinate chapters Certificate of Insurance prior to events, securing the General Liability policy (it is frowned upon to have an open bar because NEWH are more liable than having people purchase their own beverages.
NEWH TRADESHOWS-HD Brand only
- Send out Booth Signup sheet and maintain schedule

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a BS degree in Administrative Management, Diane was employed by a Milwaukee consulting firm and worked with an array of nonprofit organizations in resource development, research, and leadership development projects. Diane’s background and involvement with nonprofit organizations in the past brings creativity, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm to NEWH.

 Nicole Crawford Sustainability/Education Coordinator NEWH, Inc. Nicole is founder of a Shawano based 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation. Nicole moved to Shawano in 1999 when she married her husband, they have two children, son Will and daughter Payton who keep them occupied with a variety of activities. - Receive correspondence from the registered agent service and dispatch it in the appropriate manner
- Liaise between chapters and accountant to provide necessary forms for state agencies
- When receiving change of address from one of our registered agent make sure it is on file with the state

Julie is very excited to be a part of such an amazing non-profit organization that supports the Hospitality Industry. She bring over 15+ years of work experience working under different financial coordinators from retail to government. During those times she has come to appreciate the real meaning of life – Family! NEWH, Inc is all about family and has welcomed Julie with open arms into the family and hopes to continue for many – many – many years!!! Julie balances family, husband Dave of 18 years, heavenly daughter Lilie, son Brodie age 5 and daughter Marlie age 2, with work and extracurricular activities.

Kathy joined NEWH in 2008 as a full time office assistant. Among Kathy’s duties is handling incoming communication, database management, and other general office duties. Kathy is married to Kevin and has two grown children, Janine and Jim. She also has three grandchildren Cameron, Landon and Logan. When not at work, Kathy loves gardening, fishing, and staying in touch with family and friends in Illinois.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

- Provide detailed information to Accounts Payable to allow for correct financial categorization
- Request approvals from chapters for all new member applications and enter once approved.
- Update database with headquarters from various lists and publications
- Compile and send New Member Packets and Badges
EXPANSION
- Prepare and distribute Organizing Group packets

Nicole is your contact for Regional Tradeshows, Continuing Education and the NEWH Leadership Conference. Nicole attained an A.A. in Applied Science and Math at University of Wisconsin-Madison and since has held positions in management, sales, and service. She currently volunteers for many organizations with her passion in helping others. She is the Chair for the Foundation Fighting Blindness VisionWalk, Vice President of the Wisconsin FFB Chapter, Chair for the SSC (PTA) for her son’s school, advisory council position for the Wisconsin Deaf/Blind TAP program and holds a position as an advisor for the State of Wisconsin Department Health assisting on issues with Hard of Hearing and Deafness.
